Rugby Libdems told to "shut up" as Rugby Tenants will have to pay up an extra 6%

Liberal Democrat Leader Jerry Roodhouse was told to "shut up" and to "sit down and shut up" by the Cllr David Wright Conservative and Labour leader Cllr Jim Shera called the Liberal Democrats "the enemy" as both Conservatives and Labour politicians attacked the Liberal Democrats for bringing forward an amendment to rent setting (see below for wording)

Conservatives Cave In to LibDem pressure on Warwickshire Budget

Warwickshire County Council's very own Super Tuesday ended in success for the Liberal Democrat Group as the Conservatives chose to accept over 80% of their budget proposals, which intend to nip anti-social behaviour in the bud and build a better future for Warwickshire's residents.

Cold Weather "Help a friend"

In the current cold weather we would like to ask anyone with elderly, or less-abled, neighbours, friends or relatives in Rugby to bring the following to their attention. Please think about just 'stopping by' to make sure that they are fit and well prepared for the cold weather.

Paddox School Consultation

The County Council has decided to combine the Paddox school sites onto the one Junior School site and dispose of the old site, some 1.13 hectares including 0.2 hectares of playing field.
